PRONTOGROUP - Key Persons
Cindy B. Halpern-Cohen is ProntoGroup's CFO. With over 40 years of experience as a CPA, Cindy has also earned her CGMA certification and an MBA in Accounting. Cindy has worked in public accounting and in private industry with both public and privately owned entities. She has spent many years working for multiple law firms in south Florida where she has gained firsthand knowledge about the needs of law firms. This knowledge has helped in launching ProntoParalegal. Cindy hopes to leverage her knowledge in other industries to help drive the development of future ProntoGroup applications.
Ethan P. Halpern is ProntoGroup's CEO. He has over 10 years of experience in the Florida legal sector as a paralegal, having worked for both solo practitioners and firms with over a dozen attorneys. Specializing in litigation, Ethan understands the challenges of getting the work completed timely and economically. As a result, he became proficient in identifying inefficient/costly practices and implementing more efficient/economic ones. The first of those is ProntoParalegal. Ethan continues to look at other industries to provide similar applications in the future.
Stephen J. Cohen is ProntoGroup's COO. He has over 30 years of experience in the technology industry with extensive experience in infrastructure, mobility, cloud applications, and testing. He has served as Operations Manager and VP Operations for several large enterprises managing staff, customers, technology implementations, and call centers. Stephen brings process experience to ProntoGroup coupled with expertise in technology that will be a source of new application ideas in the future.
