My journey began when I was a young teenager. I had weight issues and did not feel confident and had low self-esteem. In college I decided to take charge of my life and transform my body and mind to a healthier happier me. There were many struggles along the way but I stuck with the challenge and it paid off. That was the start of my journey in helping others live a healthier, happier and maintainable lifestyle... As a Wellness & Lifestyle Coach, I can help change people's mindset to find the right balance and feel more confident. I understand that everyone has different needs and my programs are tailored based on each individual's specific needs. I believe in balance and harmony and not in restrictive diets which have proven to fail. I can show you how to live a healthy lifestyle for the rest of your life.
