My name is Robert Niebrugge and I am the founder and owner of Nieb Business Coaching & Development. I sit on the advisory council for the Customer Experience program at The George Washington University School of Business and am a Non-Commissioned Officer in the Indiana Army National Guard, working in Military Operations. My areas of specialization include; leadership development, operations improvement, strategic planning, and customer service/customer experience... My entrepreneurial spirit and passion for helping others succeed in business let to my coaching career. My professional experience ranges from management in small business to Fortune 50 enterprises. I have been a leader in the loss prevention, retail, warehousing and distribution, the convince store, food and beverage, and e-commerce industries.
