At Mindful Moments we provide tailored consulting and education services to schools, universities, corporates and community organisations. We also run regular workshops and classes for the public at a variety of locations... We provide tailored wellbeing services to meet the particular requirements of each client. We provide consultancy advice, workshops for staff and leaders and organisation wide mindfulness and wellbeing programs that are aligned to broader organisation objectives... We cover a variety of wellbeing and mindfulness strategies, practices and techniques and encourage people to integrate these into their lives in a way that works for them. All of our services are based on Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy and positive psychology, which have been developed by psychologists, have been thoroughly researched and are evidence based.
