Ana has a Certificate focused in Paralegal Studies from DePaul University and a bachelor's degree of Science in Business with a Concentration in Management from University of Phoenix. Currently, she is obtaining a Mexican Law Degree from a virtual law school in Mexico. Ana enjoys traveling around the world and spending time with her family and friends.

Eric manages and coordinates the renewal process and assesses client needs for incorporating new products and plan design options with the attempt to reduce individual plan costs. Eric serves as resource to clients for current market conditions, ongoing benefit regulation changes, industry information, and underwriting while working closely with the Account Executives on an ongoing basis. Eric continues to be actively involved in The Society of Professional Benefit Administrators, Health Care Administrators Association and currently serves on the board of the Texas Association of Benefit Administrators.

Jen Berman

Jennifer is an Employee Benefits attorney specializing in ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, IRS Code, the ACA, and other wellness plan rules and statutes. Since the passage of the Affordable Care Act, Jen has become an expert on health care reform developments and frequently serves as a speaker and commentator on a wide variety of health care reform and employee benefits issues, especially ones related to the Affordable Care Act. She earned her B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania and her J.D. degree, cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania Law School. In 2014-2020, she was named a Maryland Rising Star in the area of Employee Benefits/ERISA by Super Lawyers.

He was the keynote speaker at the Global Conference in Insurance and Finance June 29-July 1, 2021 in Las Vegas and the topic was "Major changes in healthcare and health insurance in the US". Since COVID, he also started a marketing company to serve healthcare consulting firms around the country and is currently running campaigns in more than 30 metro areas in the USA.

Quincy Faison

Quincy Faison graduated from Bucknell University in 1998 with a dual degree in Economics and Legal Studies. Faison began his career with a successful stint at IBM, where he mastered the foundations of software and application development. He then went on to launch NetSirk Technologies in 2003, which quickly grew into a multimillion-dollar company. Following the successful sale of NetSirk in 2008, he struck out on his own again to create Skulocity, a firm offering cloud-based enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions, which is still thriving today. As a result of Skulocity's success, Quincy founded Faison Capital, a private equity firm with a portfolio of wholesale and manufacturing companies offering maximized returns for a select group of investors.
