Linda Greyson is an award-winning designer with over 25 years' experience based in San Diego specializing in wedding and event design, Floral Design, Floral Art Installation and Interior Design. Linda holds a BA in Art with an emphasis in Interior Design from San Diego State University.
Linda is a member the California State Floral Association. Since 2016, Linda has been Assistant Flower Show Coordinator at the San Diego County Fair at the Del Mar Fairgrounds (one of the largest flower shows in the USA).
Linda began her career focusing on Interior Design, assisting clients with homes and yachts in San Diego and the San Francisco Bay Area. For over ten years, Linda owned and operated a chain of retail stores in Northern California called "Casual Elegance", which specialized in one-of-a-kind wearable art, textiles, and interior design furnishings and accessories. In addition, she took her store on the road selling her designs and products at various Art & Wine, Harvest and community festivals throughout the state.
Five years ago, Linda pursued her life-long dream of working with flowers by enrolling in the floral design courses at Southwestern College where her instructor was well-respected San Diego Floral Designer Betty Patterson del Sol. Linda and Betty hit it off instantly with Betty becoming a mentor encouraging Linda to pursue expanding her design offerings to include Floral and Event design. Since 2016, Linda has assisted Betty with the teaching of her courses at Southwestern. Linda teaches workshops and leads flower parties and hopes to resume once the Covid-19 restrictions are lifted.
