FLOOM ENERGY LAW - Key Persons
Kaci brings two years of experience in energy law to Floom Energy Law PLLC. Her experience at the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) focused on rate cases involving Section 4 and 5 of the Natural Gas Act and Sections 205 and 206 of the Federal Power Act. Kaci's understanding of the ever-evolving regulatory landscape related to oil, natural gas, and electric utility industries allows her to provide a tailored strategy for each client's specific goals.
Kaci is a graduate of the University of Florida Levin College of Law. While in law school, Kaci interned with the Department of Justice Environment and Natural Resources Division Appellate Section.
