- Licensed Clinical Psychologist
Alex is a licensed clinical psychologist with a specialization in forensic psychology. She is the Director and Chief Psychologist at the Kane County Diagnostic Center and also holds a forensic private practice. In her 23 years of forensic work, she has conducted fitness to stand trial assessments, sanity evaluations, custody evaluations, Miranda Warnings, sex offender evaluations, sexually violent predator evaluations, violence risk assessments, school shooting threat assessments and juvenile transfer evaluations. Alex assists the Sherriff's Office in conducting fitness for duty evaluations and pre-employment screenings. Her private practice work focuses on forensic assessments for other governmental jurisdictions, public speaking and expert witness testimony. Prior to forensic work, she had two clinical private practices with a focus on individual and family therapy, have worked on an inpatient psychiatric unit and has worked with abused children.
West Chicago has been Arnolfo's home since 1998, enjoying life with his wife and two daughters. Previously he worked in Chicago advertising agencies as an Art Director/Graphic Designer from 1990 until 2002, then struck out on his own to work as a contract Graphic Designer. He and his wife Kathleen are both contract Graphic Designers, working with local and not-so-local clients with their print and web projects.
Arnolfo has been a dinosaur docent at the Chicago Field Museum of Natural History however, he also has an interest in human evolution, early civilizations as well as the sciences in space exploration and physics.
Being part of Fermilab's CAB has been an eye-opening and rewarding experience and he is grateful that Fermilab shares its important and amazing work with the public.
Britta W. McKenna is the CEO of Four Hawks, LLC innovation consulting in Batavia, IL. McKenna was previously the Chief Innovation Officer at the Illinois Mathematics and Science Academy where she was the founder of the Steve and Jamie Chen Center for Innovation & Inquiry (IN2), winner of the 2017 Chicago Innovation Award. Britta has been active in Batavia and the Fox Valley community for over 30 years and was named Batavia's Citizen of the Year with husband, Steven in 2013. Britta received her BA from the University of Minnesota and her MPA in leadership from NIU. She lives in Batavia with her husband, Steven; they have two grown sons, Kyle (Karen) and Owen (Natalie) and is "Mimi" to three grandchildren.
Ellen Huxtable is a Batavia resident and a fan of physics, business, music and the arts. Her company, Advantage Business Concepts, leads businesses through growth and innovation. She has been a speaker on business topics at national meetings, and locally conducts business advisory groups. In addition, she is especially interested in the Japanese-American internment experiences in WWII and offers presentations on her relatives' experiences at the Manzanar internment site. Ellen serves as a board member and board secretary for Cavaliers Arts, Performance and Education, Inc. a not-for-profit music pageantry organization.

Tony serves as assistant superintendent and chief financial officer for Batavia Public Schools. He is proud that Fermilab is part of our community, and especially proud to call Batavia his home.
