ELSA FOUNDATION

The 'Elsa Foundation' (EF) is an animal welfare foundation based in Delhi, that works for the care of Elderly, Lost, Sick and Abandoned dogs. It is the dream project of Dr S J Gupta and has finally taken shape with the love and support of his family and well wishers. Named after his late family member, 'Elsa', who was a most loving and gentle golden retriever, the Foundation is driven by compassion and love for animals shared by all family members... The overriding requirement for the above, is of course, Funds. We, therefore, look towards donors who could contribute to our cause by providing (tax-free) donations to our corpus fund.
