Our goal is to introduce everyone to olive oils from Portugal, which are often overshadowed by those from Mediterranean countries. D'Olival presents varieties from around Portugal, explains their characteristics, and hopes to gain new enthusiasts with an appreciation for olive oils from our special part of the world... We want to transfer our excitement to our customers, to let them explore the best olive oils in Portugal and learn their long history.
