VICHINOISE CAKES

The size of the cake depends on the event (whether the cake will be served as dessert or finger portions). Please refer to the chart below to get an idea of the number of portions that each size will yield. If you are uncertain about which size(s) to select, we are here to guide you... If you would like to add height to your cake without increasing the number of portions, then we can incorporate dummy tiers in polystyrene into your design. Alternatively, if you would like extra portions without adding height to your cake, then we can provide you with cutting cakes that will remain in the kitchen until serving time. Although these cakes will be covered in sugar paste icing, they will not be decorated.
