VAS Corporation ("VAS") was founded on 2002 by Attorney Arnaldo Soto Couto. VAS and it's founder, Arnaldo Soto Couto, have a long history and track record of real estate consulting, investing and promotion. Corporation Prior establishing VAS Corp., Mr. Soto Couto was in charge of Banco Popular de Puerto Rico Construction Lending Division for over 40 years. An Engineer, Lawyer and Banker with more than 45 years experience, many of Puerto Rico's most important developments were financed by Mr. Soto Couto during his tenure at Banco Popular. Among his most important project financings are: Montehiedra, Los Paseos, Dorado Beach East, Las Casitas del Conquistador, Sabanera de Cidra, Sabanera de Dorado, and many others. He is a recipient of the Puerto Rico Builder's Association Presidential Award and the Congressional Medal of Honor for his service in Korea under the US Army 65th Infantry Division...
