This project will develop a Transportation Systems Management and Operations (TSMO) program plan for the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) Dallas and Fort Worth Districts. TSMO is the integration of transportation strategies through the implementation of multi-modal and inter-modal, cross-jurisdictional systems, services, and projects designed to preserve capacity and improve security, safety, and reliability of the transportation system. TSMO seeks to improve the operation and safety of the transportation system without building major infrastructure.
