The Thomasville Housing Authority is responsible for managing and maintaining three housing complexes with 259 Public Housing units that service low-income families, seniors and disabled members of the community. THA administers 100 Housing Choice Vouchers (Section 8) funded through the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD)... The mission of the THA is to provide affordable housing to eligible people within our community while creating and promoting opportunities for independence, self-sufficiency, and an improved quality of life.
