Currently President of Ben DeYoung and Associates a management/marketing consultant primarily in the health care industry for over twenty years. Ben's accounts include major and start-up corporations and not-for-profit organizations. Prior to starting his own consulting firm he worked in the industry for 30 years including management positions at Bristol-Myers and Grey Global Advertising. In these roles Ben directed strategic business planning and tactics of marketing, media, sales, sales promotion, market research and public relations. He was also was involved in government, legal and regulatory issues.
Significant participation in the work force is one of the best equalizers of society. High quality, long term employment provides much more than a paycheck. It allows each of us the opportunity to participate and contribute more fully in society, to support oneself, to have better access to healthcare, to plan for retirement and to feel a sense of accomplishment with colleagues for getting a job done well. Our mission to create employment opportunities for people with disabilities has given me numerous opportunities to experience firsthand the transformative impact that secure, meaningful employment has on individuals who have previously been underrepresented in the work force.
The Corporate Source is a nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting the employment of people with disabilities and providing services leading to independence and fulfillment.

Jerry is founder and President of LDI Color Toolbox and a member of various sales, networking and industry organizations and holds leadership positions in national provider organizations representing the billion dollar digital office technology marketplace. Jerry has been recognized for his leadership role at LDI as an Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year finalist and in Imaging Magazine's Top 40 "Most Influential." In addition to serving as Chair of the Board for The Corporate Source since September 2007, he has championed several causes and not-for-profit and charity organizations, has actively volunteered with Big Brothers and a number of other nonprofits
It is such a privilege to be part of a social revolution that has changed the lives of so many individuals with disabilities along with those of their families. Here at TCS, we have such a great responsibility to advocate and serve as a vehicle to continue to foster change and acceptance for these individuals in all aspects of society. It gives me a truly special feeling to be able to assist with facilitating job opportunities and support; to make these important and significant life experience successful for them.
TCS is continually changing societal perceptions that people with disabilities can be and are a positive force and productive members of all communities and societies throughout the world. I truly believe that the world is a better place when we can celebrate and embrace diversity and the differences of other human beings.
Karen is a lawyer in the Pfizer Legal Department. At Pfizer Karen, among other things, provides legal advice and counsel on an array of global regulatory matters, advises the Chief Medical Officer as well as Pfizer business development teams. Prior to joining Pfizer, Karen held a variety of roles at other biopharmaceutical companies and worked in private practice. In addition to her service as a Trustee for the Corporate Source, Karen engages in numerous pro bono and volunteer activities in NYC and elsewhere.
Our mission to create employment opportunities for people with disabilities requires a well-run organization with solid system coordination and strong infrastructure. I'm especially proud of the work our financial team produces to allow for insight and analysis that enables TCS to take an informed and financially secure approach to expanding our core business. This allows us to focus on healthy and sustainable growth of our most important measure of success - increasing jobs within the organization for people with disabilities.
Progress is sometimes slow. At TCS we are doing our part to speed things up when it comes to creating employment opportunities for people with disabilities. When we began our first contract in 1996, I remember feeling that we were providing opportunities at a time when there were not many. Over 20 years later, I continue to be inspired and motivated by the employees at The Corporate Source. I believe TCS has the responsibility to help individuals with varying abilities achieve their rightful place in the workforce. It has been my experience that we can all learn from one another and I will be forever grateful for all that the employees of TCS have taught me. In the words of Robert Frost "The world is full of willing people, some willing to work, the rest willing to let them.

Michael Fennessy is Founder and President of The Shannon Group Inc. Over the past 20 years, Shannon has grown a stellar reputation among its clientele. Shannon is a General Contractor that for more than a decade has primarily focused on the construction needs of the healthcare industry. Shannon's adaptability to the time and space constraints of active healthcare facilities has resulted in the establishment of strong bonds with many satisfied clients.
There have been so many significant changes in our society over the decades. Perceptions and beliefs have been challenged, dreams and expectations have been realized. We have been to the moon and beyond, when that was once only thought to be a fantasy and now an accepted reality. There is so much more ahead of us as the future unfolds. I believe, TCS plays an integral role altering biases and perceptions of people with disabilities.
Robert Levin is an entrepreneur, speaker, content marketing expert, and former publisher. He is the CEO and Editor-in-Chief of content development firm RSL Media, specializing in helping enterprise companies achieve their sales goals through exceptional buyer-aligned content programs targeting small and midsize businesses (SMBs). Prior to RSL Media, Rob founded The New York Enterprise Report (NYER), a trusted business resource which attracted a dedicated readership of over 100,000 business owners and executives. He has been nationally recognized for his small business journalism and leadership.

As a New York Audit Partner, Scott provides audit services to diversified industrial clients. Scott is the North America lead partner for Daimler and Panasonic. Scott is also the lead partner and concurring review partner for other various diversified industrial companies. The firm has designated Scott as an International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) Reviewing Partner. Scott has also provided professional audit services to several public registrants in accordance with U.S. GAAP and PCAOB standards.
Scott spent three years in KPMG's Department of Professional Practice where he advised registrants and audit engagement teams on technical matters such as business combinations, restructurings, impairments, SEC reporting matters and internal controls over financial reporting. As a member of the Department of Professional Practice, Scott authored publications for KPMG's Global Energy Institute, Defining Issues, and other external publications and actively supported the firm's participation in the standard setting process. In addition to his service as a Board Member of The Corporate Source, Scott serves on the Advisory Board of Baylor University Hankamer School of Business Accounting Department and is a member of The New York Flyer Runners Club.
