Previously, Mark was the leader of Stroz Friedberg's advanced technology consulting practice, a managing director at Catalyst where he helped develop machine learning tools and workflows, a director in FTI Consulting's technology practice, a co-founder of an electronic discovery software startup, and was a litigation associate with Latham & Watkins LLP in Washington, DC and New York, NY. Before law school, Mark spent seven years working for several research groups at Dartmouth College, including the Interactive Media Laboratory and the Institute of Security Technology Studies. His work focused on the effective use of technology to help professional practitioners learn complex and subtle tasks, including developing new network-based multimedia simulation and training systems for various military and civilian agencies. Mark received his B.S. from the Georgia Institute of Technology and his J.D., with honors, from the University of Wisconsin Law School.
