PPS was established in April 2002 with the goal to provide quality project controls support within the construction industry. Since then, PPS has worked with contractors such as Ohmstede Industrial Services, JV Industrial Services, and P2S as well as direct clients such as Exxonmobil - Baton Rouge, LA, Exxonmobil - Torrance, CA, Western Refining - El Paso, TX, and BP - Cherry Point, WA.
