Mr. Reyes is a Managing Director at Palladium Equity, and serves on the Board of Directors at Paragon ISG. Mr. Reyes has more than 20 years' experience in private equity, M&A, and energy commodities trading.
Most recently, Mr. Reyes was at the International Finance Corporation ("IFC") serving as a Principal in the African, Latin American Fund (ALAC) part of the Asset Management Group, where he held a number of board positions, as well as the Head of the Direct Equity Tracker Fund. Prior to his time at the IFC, Mr. Reyes held several operational and commercial positions at BP plc in London, with his last role being one of the Upstream Director of the M&A Group. He began his career as an Evaluation Analyst at the Operations Evaluation Division at the World Bank Group.
Mr. Reyes holds a B.A. in Economics from the Universidad de Barcelona, a Masters in International Public Policy from George Mason University, and an M.B.A. from the Yale School of Management.

John Mullins joined Paragon ISG in 2020 and serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.
John has over 20 years of energy and industrial services experience. Prior to joining Paragon ISG, John was a Senior Financial Executive at Ringers Gloves and Premium Oilfield Technologies.
He previously served as Director at private equity firm Global Energy Capital (GEC) where he was responsible for evaluating new investments and supporting the growth of portfolio companies. John began his career at PwC where he spent 13 years in public accounting.
John is a licensed CPA and graduated magna cum laude from Eastern University (St. Davids, PA) with a B.S. in Accounting.
Ms. David-Green serves on the Paragon ISG Board of Directors where she is Chair of the Sustainability Committee. Ms. David-Green also is an Independent Director for NOW Inc. (NYSE: DNOW) and PHX Energy Services Corp. (TSX: PHX).
With 30 years of experience in senior leadership positions on Wall Street (sell-side equity research) and as a C-Suite Executive and Officer, she delivers high-impact experience in capital markets, acquisitions and divestitures, strategy, business and cultural transformation, sustainability, risk management and marketing and communications. Previously, she was a member of the Executive Leadership Team at Expro Group where she served as Chief Stakeholder, Communications, and Sustainability Officer. During her tenure at Weatherford International plc from 2010-2020, Ms. David-Green was a member of the Executive Leadership Team and Chief Marketing Officer, Sr. Vice President of Stakeholder Engagement, President of the Weatherford Foundation, Inc., Chairwoman of the Sustainability Leadership Council, and Executive Member of the Disclosure and Global Business Continuity and Planning Committees. Earlier in her career she was responsible for energy investment research and providing financial forecasts to institutional clients globally at Oppenheimer & Co. Inc., Crédit Agricole and Royal Bank of Canada.
She has been recognized for numerous awards throughout her career, including a 2020 Global Leader of Influence by the World Affairs Council of Houston, a 2023 Top 50 Chief Communications Officer, a 2020 Top 50 Women in Oil and Gas, a 2019 Breakthrough Woman of the Year by the Greater Houston Women's Chamber of Commerce. Ms. David-Green earned her BBA in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin and a specialized executive certification from the University of Cambridge. Ms. David-Green is Directorship Certified by the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD) and NACD Certified in Cybersecurity Oversight.

Mr. Reymond is Vice Chairman and Partner at Palladium Equity and serves on the Board of Directors at Paragon ISG.
Previously, Mr. Reymond served as CEO of Hibernia Communications, and Senior Vice President and CFO of Viacom Broadcast Group and Viacom Interactive Media. Prior to Viacom, Mr. Reymond worked at Westinghouse Broadcasting as the Vice President of Acquisitions Analysis. Mr. Reymond began his career at Price Waterhouse where he specialized in mergers and acquisitions for clients in the media and entertainment industry.
Mr. Reymond is a CPA and earned a B.S. in Accounting from Villanova. He currently serves on the Executive Board at the non-profit Friends of American Revolution at West Point. Mr. Reymond also serves on the board of One-Story a non-profit literary magazine as well as the board of the Palisades Park Conservancy. He has also previously served on the Board of Directors of Palladium portfolio companies Haden, Prince International, Syntiro and TransForce.
Mary-Margaret Henke serves on the Paragon ISG Board of Directors and is currently the Audit Committee Chair. Mary-Margaret began her career at PricewaterhouseCoopers and brings nearly 30 years business experience in financial services and energy and leverages a combination of finance, technology and regulatory governance expertise.
Most recently she spent over 12 years at Western Union, a leader in global payment services. During her tenure at Western Union, she held a wide variety of leadership roles with increasing responsibility. She served as General Auditor navigating the continually evolving regulatory environment and increasingly complex technology landscape. With her passion for team learning and development, she led significant advancement in talent development and audit data analytic capabilities. She was also hand selected to take over the critical Settlement Transformation technology program, a multi-year, multi-phased program replacing end-of-life, antiquated systems. She led various other CFO strategic initiatives including the global Oracle and Wallstreet System technology upgrades, enterprise risk management as well as acquisition and integration activities.
Mary-Margaret's other past roles include General Auditor for Janus Capital and Liberty Oilfield Services as well as Assistant Controller at CoBank. At CoBank, she managed the corporate accounting, investment and derivative accounting, financial reporting, and tax units of the controller division. Mary-Margaret received her BS in Accounting, summa cum laude, from the University of Denver and is a Certified Public Accountant. She is married and has three adult children.
Mr. Diaz-Granados is Chairman of Paragon ISG. He is an accomplished Fortune 10 Senior Executive who has led billion-dollar P&L's, and grown, restructured and optimized businesses around the world.
From 2019 to 2020, Mr. Diaz-Granados served as an independent director and then President and CEO of Q'Max, an OFS multinational. From 2016 to 2018, he served as one of the first-ever independent Board Members of PREPA, Puerto Rico's electric utility as it went through a $9 Billion bankruptcy and disaster recovery.
During his 15-year tenure as a senior executive, Mr. Diaz-Granados transformed several of General Electric's business operations. As CRO for GE Healthcare, he and his team drove the restructuring of GE's $18 billion Healthcare business, instituting a completely new organization, go-to-market model and operating mechanisms, all while reducing costs by over $1 billion and accelerating product innovation. At GE, Mr. Diaz-Granados also served in regional and country leadership roles, including President and CEO, GE Spain and Portugal, President and CEO, GE Mexico, and CCO, GE Latin America.
Mr. Diaz-Granados believes in paying it forward and has served as a Director of FIFARMA (access to pharmaceutical innovation in Latin America), Angeles Investors (funding Latinx start-ups), The Latino Corporate Directors Education Foundation (increasing Latinx participation in boards), and Massachusetts Growth Capital Corporation (funding small businesses in diverse communities).
