Our Board Certified Physician provides medical care services in your home, retirement community, assisted living facility and adult day care that would otherwise be provided inside a doctors office... When getting to the doctor's office or hospital is difficult for you, this may be a great option. If you are dependent on friends, family or commercial transportation to get to or from medical appointments, or Homebound, we can help! Our doctor can come to your home and provide medical services normally provided inside the doctor's office. Mobility is no longer a reason to compromise your continuity of care.
