ORGANIZATIONAL POVERTY

The Organizational Poverty Series was created as a result of Dr. Lydia's first-hand experience and proprietary research as an Employee, Board Member, and Consultant, in multiple nonprofit settings. She found that many agencies, though mission-driven and well-intentioned, suffered from a chronic lack of: resources; satisfied staff and volunteers; and proven systems for sustainable service delivery... This section will explore self-efficacy, appreciation and positive recognition, training and development, and intrinsic motivation strategies... The non-profit industry is currently under fire from funding constraints, staffing shortages, and the ever-contagious non-profit crisis mode. How can we find our way back to a sense of stability, clarity, and control, in order to effectively carry out or extraordinary visions and missions?
