BECKY CONSUNJI

Becky has worked in commercial real estate in Northeast Florida since 2001. Her experience includes asset and property management, facilities oversight, lease administration, property accounting, and tenant/vendor relations for office, industrial, and medical properties. After she graduated college, she worked at Steinemann & Company while she pursued her MBA. Since then, she has worked in property and asset management for Capital Partners Properties, Inc., has been contracted by EOLA Capital LLC and NAI Hallmark, and worked privately for individual clients to manager their commercial assets. Becky resides in Jacksonville Beach, Florida with her husband Edwin and their two children Tosh and Lulu.

Eric Lee

  • Director of Development & Construction
Eric serves as the Director of Development & Construction with over 10 years of experience in the construction industry. He has completed projects ranging from high density multifamily buildings, tilt-up industrial facilities, corporate office buildings to high security government projects at the Capitol Dome, Pentagon and U.S. Department of Transportation headquarters. Before joining the NineOaks team, Eric led the CBRE Jacksonville Project Management division providing real estate and construction consultancy services to the local market. His experience in identifying risks during due diligence and efficiently sequencing procurement plans with a detailed understanding of bidding procedures, contract negotiations, and project execution strategies make him a valuable asset to all clients. Eric will focus on providing owner's representative services with specific approaches on project delivery plans and oversight of project execution. Eric resides in Yulee, Florida with his wife Caitlin and their two children, Carter and Brooks.

JASON PERRY - President

Jason has over 25 years of professional real estate experience in the areas of development, finance and project management across a wide spectrum of asset classes including healthcare, higher education, office, multifamily and hospitality. Having led over $2 billion in successful development projects throughout his career, he founded NineOaks in 2020 to provide professional real estate development services to help clients support their mission. Jason's "project first" approach is key in helping provide solutions to complex real estate development challenges and keeps clients' interests at the forefront of all project delivery decisions. Jason resides in Jacksonville, Florida with his wife Kathryn and their seven children.

JOE GRIPPI - SVP

  • Senior Vice President
Joe has over 20 years of financial analysis experience in the mortgage industry in the areas of risk management, underwriting, financial modeling, and auditing. Joe has also invested in real estate throughout Jacksonville since 2001, including renovating and managing properties in Springfield to help revitalize the Downtown area. After graduating with a finance degree from Florida State University, Joe worked with Financial Advisors at Merrill Lynch to assist with the real estate needs of their clients. He continued to work at Bank of America where he utilized his technical skills to apply analytics in the real estate environment. At NineOaks, Joe has emphasized his commitment to revitalizing downtown Jacksonville by working closely with the Downtown Investment Authority to help clients navigate the process of receiving and maximizing city incentives for their projects. Joe also provides owner's representative services, financial modeling for real estate development projects, and oversees the property management division of NineOaks. Joe resides in Jacksonville, Florida with his wife Lea and their two children, Samantha and Olivia.

TOREY BICKHAM

Torey moved to Jacksonville, Florida from Satellite Beach, Florida in 2000. She graduated from the University of North Florida in 2004 with a bachelor's degree in psychology and a minor in social welfare. From 2004 through 2013, she worked for a logistics company in Jacksonville focused on accounting before spending the next nine years as a homemaker. In 2022, Torey started working for NineOaks and serves a variety of roles within the organization. Primarily, her focus is on larger property management accounts including financial oversight. She oversees tenant relations for industrial and office users for the organization. Torey resides in Nocatee, Florida with her husband Kyle and their two children Bryson and Lane.
