Chris Drury

Chris Drury was named the Rangers' President and General Manager on May 5, 2021, becoming the 12th President and 12th General Manager in franchise history. In this role, Mr. Drury oversees all facets of the franchise's hockey operations. This includes developing and executing an effective long-term strategy to drive the team's on-ice success, as well as supporting the organization's day-to-day activities that maximize revenue, strengthen the team's connection to its fans and partners, and help grow the game. He is responsible for all aspects of hockey administration, including player contracts, player movement and other matters, as well as the team's interaction with the National Hockey League (NHL). Mr. Drury also serves as an alternate governor to the NHL on behalf of the New York Rangers. Mr. Drury joined the Rangers front office in 2015 and his previous roles have included Director of Player Development, Assistant General Manager and Associate General Manager, as well as General Manager for the Rangers' American Hockey League (AHL) affiliate, the Hartford Wolf Pack. Mr. Drury has also worked in an executive role at the international level, where he was selected as General Manager for the U.S. Men's National Team at the 2019, 2020 and 2021 IIHF World Championship. During his 12-year NHL career, Mr. Drury skated in 892 games with the Colorado Avalanche, Calgary Flames, Buffalo Sabres, and the Rangers. He captured the Stanley Cup as a member of the Avalanche in 2000-01, and in 1998-99 received the Calder Trophy as the NHL's Rookie of the Year. During Mr. Drury's four seasons with the Rangers (2007-08 - 2010-11), he served as captain for three seasons and the team made the playoffs in three seasons. Mr. Drury is the second person in franchise history to have been a Rangers player, captain and General Manager. Prior to joining the NHL, Mr. Drury, a Trumbull, Connecticut native, completed an impressive collegiate hockey career at Boston University, where the Terriers captured the National Championship in 1994-95, played in the National Championship Game twice, and appeared in the Frozen Four three times. Mr. Drury was twice selected as a First Team All-American, named a Hobey Baker Finalist as the Top Player in College Hockey on three occasions, and became the first Terrier to receive the Hobey Baker Award in 1997-98. Internationally, Mr. Drury represented the United States in numerous tournaments, including three Winter Olympics (2002, 2006, 2010), capturing silver medals at the Games in Salt Lake City in 2002 and Vancouver in 2010. Mr. Drury was inducted into the U.S. Hockey Hall of Fame in 2015. Mr. Drury and his wife, Rory, have a son, Luke, and two daughters, Dylan and Kelly.

Jamaal Lesane - Chief Legal Officer, EVP

As Executive Vice President and General Counsel of Madison Square Garden Sports Corp. (MSG Sports), Jamaal Lesane serves as the Company's chief legal officer, working closely with executive leadership to strengthen the Company's portfolio of assets and support its long-term direction and growth. MSG Sports' professional sports brands include: the New York Knicks (NBA) and the New York Rangers (NHL); two development league teams - the Westchester Knicks (NBAGL) and the Hartford Wolf Pack (AHL); and Knicks Gaming, an NBA 2K League franchise. In this role, Mr. Lesane manages the Company's legal department across all corporate, commercial, transactional, litigation, regulatory, and day-to-day legal matters. He also liaises directly with the NBA and NHL, as well as other key stakeholders and partners. In addition, Mr. Lesane is a member of the Company's Diversity and Inclusion Council. Mr. Lesane has been with the Company since 2008, in roles of increasing responsibility. Prior to becoming General Counsel in March 2022, Mr. Lesane was Senior Vice President, Associate General Counsel. And prior to MSG Sports becoming a standalone company in April 2020 when The Madison Square Garden Company (MSG) separated its entertainment and sports businesses, Mr. Lesane was MSG's Senior Vice President, Legal and Business Affairs. In this role he served as team counsel for the Knicks, Rangers, and Westchester Knicks, while also providing legal support for all other MSG sports properties - including college basketball, boxing, wrestling, and mixed martial arts - occurring at MSG's performance venues. Prior to joining MSG, Mr. Lesane worked as an Associate Counsel at Home Box Office, Inc. (HBO), where he provided legal support and counsel to HBO Sports and HBO Licensing and Retail. Prior to HBO, he was a Corporate Associate at Covington and Burling in New York, where he represented public and private companies in mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures and public and private placements of debt and equity securities, as well provided corporate law and governance advice to corporations facing crises. Mr. Lesane serves on the Board of Trustees of the Collegiate School in Manhattan, New York. He is also actively involved in Prep for Prep, a leadership development program that offers promising students of color access to a private school education and life changing opportunities. Mr. Lesane graduated with a B.A from Yale University and received his J.D. from Harvard Law School. He was born, raised, and currently resides in Brooklyn, NY.

In addition, the Company's properties include two development league teams - the Westchester Knicks (NBAGL) and the Hartford Wolf Pack (AHL) - as well as Knicks Gaming, an NBA 2K League franchise. In his role at MSG Sports, Mr. Dolan sets the Company's overall vision and guides the development of effective strategies to drive its business and maximize growth opportunities. Mr. Dolan also serves as governor to the National Basketball Association and the National Hockey League on behalf of the New York Knicks and New York Rangers. In addition to his oversight of MSG Sports, Mr. Dolan is Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Madison Square Garden Entertainment Corp. (MSG Entertainment). MSG Entertainment's portfolio features renowned venues and entertainment brands, including Madison Square Garden - home to the New York Knicks and New York Rangers - as well as the original production, the Christmas Spectacular Starring the Radio City Rockettes. Mr. Dolan is also Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Sphere Entertainment Co., whose portfolio includes Sphere - a next-generation entertainment medium that is redefining the future of entertainment. The first Sphere venue opened in Las Vegas in September 2023. In addition, Sphere Entertainment has two regional sports networks, MSG Network and MSG Sportsnet, that telecast a wide range of sports content, including exclusive live local games featuring the New York Knicks and New York Rangers. Mr. Dolan is also Chairman of AMC Networks Inc., which owns and operates several award-winning brands in television and film. Mr. Dolan was CEO of Cablevision Systems Corporation from 1995 until June 2016, when the media and telecommunications company, which served as MSG's parent company until 2010, was sold to Altice. Prior to his role as Cablevision CEO, Mr. Dolan was CEO of Rainbow Media Holdings, the former Cablevision programming subsidiary now known as AMC Networks. Mr. Dolan began his career with Cablevision in the 1970s and held a variety of executive positions before overseeing Rainbow Media. Mr. Dolan supports the ongoing commitment of MSG Sports, MSG Entertainment, and Sphere Entertainment to their communities, particularly through the Garden of Dreams Foundation, the non-profit organization that works closely with all three companies to assist young people in need. In addition, he is Vice Chairman of the board of the Lustgarten Foundation, an organization he helped found in 1998, which today is the nation's largest private supporter of pancreatic cancer research. Mr. Dolan has six children and is an avid musician.

Leon Rose

As President of the New York Knicks, Leon Rose oversees all basketball operations and personnel for the team. Mr. Rose was named president on March 2, 2020, following a distinguished career as a basketball agent at CAA Sports, a division of Creative Artists Agency (CAA), which represents more than 500 of the world's best athletes and sports personalities. Ranked as the second most powerful basketball agent on Forbes' 2019 list of the world's most powerful sports agents, Mr. Rose oversaw the successful management of some of the biggest names in basketball, working closely with teams across the NBA on client contract negotiations and trades. Over his tenure at CAA he represented some of the NBA's biggest stars including Carmelo Anthony (10x All-Star), Joel Embiid (3x All-Star), Allen Iverson (Hall of Famer and 2001 NBA MVP), Dwyane Wade (3x NBA champion, 2006 NBA Finals MVP, 13x All-Star), LeBron James (3x NBA Finals MVP, 4x NBA MVP and 16x All-Star), Chris Paul (10x All-Star), Karl-Anthony Towns (2x All-Star) and Devin Booker (2020 All-Star). In 2010, Mr. Rose and fellow CAA agent Henry Thomas, who at the time represented the Heat's Dwyane Wade and Chris Bosh, worked together to bring Wade, Bosh and LeBron James together on the Miami Heat. The team went on to win two consecutive NBA Championships in 2012 and 2013. Mr. Rose began his career as an attorney at the Camden County Prosecutor's office in 1988. He then served as a partner of Sherman, Silverstein, Kohl, Rose and Podolsky for 19 years, before joining CAA in 2007. Early in his sports career, Mr. Rose was a basketball coach for Cherry Hill High School East (1983-86) and Rutgers University/Camden (1986-88). He is a volunteer coach in the J.C.C. Maccabi Games, and was honored with the Lifetime Volunteer Award in 2009 by the South Jersey Jewish Community Center. In 2011 Mr. Rose was inducted into the Philadelphia Jewish Sports Hall of Fame. Mr. Rose graduated from Dickinson College, where he played varsity basketball, and received his J.D. at the Temple University School of Law. Mr. Rose is married, and he and his wife Donna have two children.

Victoria Mink - CFO, EVP, Treasurer

As Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Madison Square Garden Sports Corp. (MSG Sports), Victoria Mink helps support the long-term direction and overall management of the Company's portfolio of assets, which includes: the New York Knicks (NBA) and the New York Rangers (NHL); two development league teams - the Westchester Knicks (NBAGL) and the Hartford Wolf Pack (AHL); and Knicks Gaming, an NBA 2K League franchise. Ms. Mink is responsible for providing strategic financial insight on all facets of the business, helping prioritize opportunities and drive value creation. She also oversees all financial and accounting matters, including budgeting, forecasting and financial planning and analysis, as well as the Company's treasury, investor relations, tax and risk management functions. Prior to MSG Sports becoming a standalone company in April 2020, Ms. Mink served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at The Madison Square Garden Company (MSG), where she oversaw all of the Company's financial and accounting matters, including helping lead the spin-off of MSG's entertainment businesses from its sports business. Prior to being named Chief Financial Officer in 2018, Ms. Mink was MSG's Executive Vice President of Finance. Before joining MSG, Ms. Mink served as Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer for Altice USA, where she oversaw accounting and financial matters and played an important role in the Company's purchase of Cablevision Systems Corporation in 2016. During her tenure at both Altice USA and Cablevision Systems Corporation , Ms. Mink led all accounting and reporting activities through a significant period of change. She set the strategic direction, goals and initiatives for the accounting, financial reporting and accounts payable departments and ensured the management team had access to timely and robust performance measures, while leading all accounting activities for multiple acquisition and sale transactions, an initial public offering and spin-off transaction. Ms. Mink joined Cablevision in November 1997 and served in a variety of accounting and finance roles of increasing responsibility. She was named among the "Top 50 Most Powerful Women in Cable" by Cablefax Magazine in both 2015 and 2017. Before joining Cablevision, Ms. Mink was an audit manager with KPMG LLP. Ms. Mink serves on the board of directors of the Garden of Dreams Foundation, a non-profit organization that works with MSG Sports to assist young people in need. Ms. Mink graduated from Hofstra University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting. She is also a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York.
