We cater for all abilities age 16 and over from the fun runner wanting to get fit, to the serious athletes or those wanting to make a ‘comeback' to running... We welcome runners of all abilities from age 16 upwards with our members taking part in a variety of road races and cross-country events ranging from a couple of miles to ultra-marathons.
