Land Aesthetic offers both Landscape Architecture services and Landscape Construction services, commonly referred to as ‘Design Build'... Although we offer design build services, we treat the services separately. We provide hourly or flat fee proposals for the design work, and include the construction estimating in those fees. After the design is complete, our clients are free to have their plans bid on by other reputable landscape contractors... In addition to our extensive design services, we also offer landscape construction services. We operate under C-27 Landscape Contracting License #944494.
