I am currently a Technical Manager with an eye on increasing business value and enabling a digital user experience to Ajua customers. I bridge the gap between technology and business through automation and integration that unlocks true business value... In my role, I mainly manage development, integration, testing, and support activities. I lead technical discussions, and assist in engineering & creating customer-centric features by providing feedback, evaluating products & recommending improvements; I also collaborates with product managers to translate business requirements into system specific functional requirements.
