HPC started off as support for the captive insurance market in 2014. Since its inception it has provided support for a number of insurance companies. Most recently as program management for Future Care Risk Retention Group, Inc., a company that was formed in 2019. A carrier that offers professional and general liability insurance in the senior care space.
