Health & Nutrition Service of Racine (HNSR) was founded in 1981 to help support good health for residents throughout Racine County and the surrounding areas. We have grown to occupy two convenient locations in order to better serve our clientele. Our locations are on Rapids Drive in Racine and on Crest Street in Burlington... HNSR is proud to offer the WIC program and other opportunities for families including nutrition education, breastfeeding education & support, blood lead testing, and the Farmers Market Nutrition Program. We are also a First Breath provider helping pregnant women, new moms and their families quit smoking...
