GLOBAL EMISSIONAIRY - Key Persons
Mr. Devine is a Maryland professionally licensed civil and environmental engineer with over 6 years of experience working on highway construction projects. He is an active member of the American Society of Highway Engineers where he is currently serving on the Board of Directors. He is a transportation decarbonization specialist and one of the team's experts in performing emission reduction calculations and handling individual project development to ensure compliance with the Verra VCS program requirements.
Dr. Akisetty is a Pavement Engineer and is one of the technical experts on this project. He specializes in the design of foamed asphalt mixes and provides on-site installation support. After earning his Ph.D. in Civil Engineering with a focus on asphalt technology, he became registered as a P.E. in the state of Maryland and has since worked on many projects involving Cold Central Plant Recycling (CCPR) and Foamed Asphalt Stabilized Base (FASB) construction. Dr. Akisetty is also a licensed radiation safety officer. He has more than 10 years of experience researching and working in pavement construction and evaluation.
PhD Civil and Environmental Engineering; Emissions Reduction Developer + Engineer. Dr. Choy solves social and environmental problems with web services. He serves as a technical advisor leads development of the Global Emissionairy, LLC. web services. Dr. Choy has presented his work with Global Emissionairy and University of Maryland to an international audience: Pavement Lifecycle Symposium (Chicago 2017), International Construction Specialty Conference (2018), Golden Engineering (University of Maryland 2018), and GeoMEast (Cairo, Egypt 2018). Ms. Gutierrez is Senior Sustainability Specialist with Straughan Environmental, Inc. She has been the LEED/sustainability consultant on more than 75 LEED, Green Globes, Enterprise Green Communities and Sustainable Site Initiative (SITES) projects. With her technical background and project team experience, Ms. Gutierrez guides clients through the design and construction project phases utilizing green frameworks and Integrated Project Delivery to set, implement, and achieve project sustainability goals. Ms. Gutierrez serves as the project manager for the Global Emissionairy Team, providing leadership, coordination, and technical expertise.
Mr. Green is a lifelong entrepreneur focused on developing and investing in cutting edge business solutions that embrace technology as a means to improve the performance and longevity of products or services. With youthful zeal and a lifelong creative talent to seek out new and existing challenges, Harold's business interests have evolved from the traditional asphalt paving services started in 1976 (Chamberlain Contractors) to current day activities that include the development and manufacture of Foam Stabilizing Base at Global Resource Recyclers, Inc. and Global Emissionairy, LLC.
Jim Peacock is a Partner with UHY LLP, a licensed CPA firm. He specializes in providing consulting, tax, and financial advisory services.
Karen Storm brings over 20 years of accounting experience to Global Emissionairy, LLC, with the last several years as the accounts payable and payroll specialist for Chamberlain Contractors in Laurel Maryland. Ms Storm is passionate about conservation and protecting the environment and enjoys spending her time off gardening and taking care of her animals.
Tim joins the Global Emissionairy team to help run the day to day operations as the COO. Born and raised in Baltimore County, Tim attended Calvert Hall High School and Mt. St. Mary's University, where he earned his Bachelor's degree in Business Marketing and Finance. Tim comes to Global Emissionairy with over 17 years of experience in sales, marketing and operations having overseen The TKG Group as CEO from 2014-2022 where Tim was responsible for over $350 million in customer sales. Tim resides in Naples, FL with his family where he enjoys playing sports, coaching, and being outdoors!
