True to the motto «in love with St.Gallen embroidery», the young St.Gallen company has dedicated itself to the St.Gallen embroidery tradition. Under the label «GALLUS BEAR», which was derived from the name giver of the city of St.Gallen (monk «St.Gallus» around 550-620/640) and the legend of his encounter with the strong bear, additional life is to be breathed into St.Gallen embroidery. The idea of combining St.Gallen embroidery with luxurious fashion accessories was born in 2021 after a visit to the St.Gallen Textile Museum in July 2020... noble and luxurious St.Gallen embroidery combined with high-quality fashion accessories made of the purest silk... So he summoned up all his courage and founded the start-up «GALLUS BEAR GmbH» in spring 2021. With this company and his idea, he now wants to take St.Gallen embroidery on his exclusive accessories for men (and also ladies) out into the wide world.
