The origins of Drwalewskie Zakłady Przemysłu Bioweterynaryjnego S.A. date back to 1929, when Stanisław Klawe established a Serum and Herbal Preparations Factory for the Chemical and Pharmaceutical Industrial Society SA in Warsaw. In the post-war years, until 1994, the company functioned as a state enterprise. As a result of ownership transformations in 2001, the main shareholder of the company became Grodziskie Zakłady Farmaceutyczne "Polfa" spółka z o.o. Currently, the dominant shareholder of the Company is ZDROWIE DLA PRZYSZŁOŚCI SP. Z O.O...
