The specialist is very professional. He identified the issue and provided several solutions. We went for the Short term solution due to limited time and would go for the long term solution later.

I called to see if someone could come out and inspect what I thought was water damage. I talked to Nathan and explained my issue and he said that it likely wasn't water damage. He was very helpful and suggested troubleshooting actions. He even called back a couple times to provide more information. Even though I didn't end up using their service, I would reccomend Anatom Restoration solely based on customer service and knowledge.
