Mohamed is an entrepreneur with a background of Business Transformation and Human Resources for more than 20 years in diversified industries like food & Beverages, Manufacturing, Education and Pharmaceutical in Egypt and the Middle East.
He gained his experience through working with regional and international organizations such as Americana, Henkel, PepsiCo, Laureate, Pfizer and Novartis where he contributed in transforming the businesses from local to global standards. Currently, Mohamed is the Managing Partner of Coffee Wheel in Egypt and the Middle East. He is working with his partner to lifting up the brand name of Coffee Wheel to compete; with integrity ; with the global brands in Egypt and the Middle East.
Waleed started his Career on Dec. 15th, 1995, as an assistant restaurant manager in KFC Egypt. He climbed his career in operations, training and HR till he reached the role of Regional General manager Americana Saudi Arabia. He then ran 7 different international brands "KFC, Hardees, Krispy Kreme, TGI Fridays, Red Lobster, LongHorn Steakhouse, and chicken Tikka'' with +400 locations and a mixed portfolio of fast food, casual dining, and café's. A multibillion annual turnover and more than 11,000 employees.
One of his most recognizable achievements was doubling the business in 3-5 years twice and was recognized with regional and international awards. Including the highest growth of sales all over the world, he also worked in KUDU Saudi Arabia and Damac UAE.
