THE ADAPTOR PROJECT

The Adaptor Project is an action based learning experience designed to foster wellbeing and social entrepreneurship among cohorts of students, teachers, industry and community partners... The program was codesign by teachers, industry, government and higher education leaders through a series of collaborative foresight sessions and design thinking workshops. It allowed us to design a fit-for-purpose program for the sector by the sector. This process helped it become a connection point for all to address the way we respond to the changing needs of the world around us. We put the student and teacher relationship at the very centre of this... Our program approach is to cultivate 'how to think and not just what to think' through an experience that encourages participants to apply the below skills, tools and mindsets to a real world challenge.
