Adrian is a Chartered Member of the Institute of Occupational Safety, a Member of the International Institute of Risk and Safety Management, an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute and holds an NVQ Level 4 in Occupational Health and Safety.
Adrian's background is in engineering insurance, and he brings a practical approach to health and safety. With an exceptional understanding of the risks faced by the industry, he's passionate about the motor trade. Adrian is, at heart, a people person, with an ability to explain risk management in plain English to all levels of employees.
Outside his working life, Adrian enjoys music and football, and is an ardent Sheffield United fan. Because of this, he once considered never working on a Wednesday, but he loves his job too much…
Carl Gryniewicz joined PIB Risk Management when his Emprocom business was acquired in November 2022.
Carl has 24 years of experience in health and safety consulting across a wide range of industries, with personal specialist industry experience in the construction and agriculture sectors.
Carl is passionate about making health and safety practical and easy for clients to implement, and he actively assists in bringing about transformation to client businesses through the creation of a positive health and safety culture.
Outside of work, Carl is an advanced motorcyclist and enjoys travel and all things outdoors, including fishing and walking.
Paul has worked for BGHS for over 25 years and holds chartered status with both the CIOB and IOSH, he is also a Chartered Environmentalist. Additionally, he is on the register of the Institute of Occupational Safety & Health as a Safety Practitioner and is recognised by IOSH and NEBOSH to deliver a range of accredited training courses.

A consummate professional, Robert has more than 20 years' experience in business development within Health & Safety, training across varied sectors including Construction, Management, and Leisure.
As Director of Development, Robert works with teams at all levels, producing critical development coordination and workable solutions required for the efficient management of various projects.
Robert is proficient in establishing ways to maximise ROI and has excellent interpersonal skills, human resource management skills, and social intelligence.
He is a result-oriented leader with a commitment to building a collaborative working environment, maximising opportunities for individual, group and company growth.

- Systems and Process Director
Stuart's main focus within PIB Risk Management is the leadership and development of the xCenta online Risk Management Solution. With a background in IT, software and business process design, Stuart has worked within the risk management environment since 2004, taking on the xCenta project in 2013.
Stuart works closely with our other teams within PIB Group including our insurance and group risk divisions, and also works closely with our clients building solutions that meet real world needs, identifying opportunities where processes can be improved and efficiencies gained.
Since becoming a father, Stuart has discovered he now has far more waking hours in the day, he considers this good groundwork for taking the system global, equipping him with the skills to work across a variety of time zones.
