In June 2006, we brought in 30% equity shares of Worldgate Express Lines (BD) Pvt Ltd who is sole agent of Worldgate Group in Bangladesh. After six years, in September 2012, Worldgate Group Singapore increased the equity shares to 48% and renames the company as WG (BD) Express Ltd. The company currently has two offices in Bangladesh. One of them is located in the capital and main business city of Dhaka. The other one is in Chittagong at international seaport of Bangladesh... We are committed to complying with all applicable export, import, and trade compliance laws in all countries in which Worldgate Express Lines do business, particularly the Singapore Customs' Terms and Regulations as well as the Standard Trading Conditions stated in the Singapore Logistics Association.
