Andrew Sabga is the Deputy Chairman of the ANSA McAL Group of Companies. He was the Group Chief Executive Officer and the Chairman of the Executive Committee for the Parent Board and ANSA McAL Barbados from August 2017 to December 2019. The Deputy Chairman of the ANSA McAL Group from December 2015 to August 2017 and Beverage Sector Head from May 2007 to November 2015. He has over 25 years of industry experience in the Manufacturing Sector of the Group, having previously held senior managerial positions and directorships at CARIB Brewery Limited, CARIB Glassworks Limited, Caribbean Development Co. Limited and Trinidad Match Limited. Mr. Sabga was the former Chairman of Alstons Marketing Co. Limited, Caribbean Development Co. Limited, CARIB Brewery Limited, Grenada Breweries Limited, CARIB Brewery (St. Kitts & Nevis) Limited, DCI Miami, ANSA McAL (US) Inc and CARIB Glassworks Limited. He is a Director of ANSA McAL Limited and was the President of the Trinidad and Tobago Chamber of Industry and Commerce from 2011 to 2013. He holds an MBA, Marketing from the University of Miami and a B.Sc. in Business Administration (Marketing/Finance) from Boston University.

Dr. Thackwray "Dax" Driver

Dr. Thackwray "Dax" Driver has been the Chief Executive Officer of the Energy Chamber of Trinidad & Tobago since 2003. He has pioneered numerous new initiatives and activities for the Energy Chamber, including the Safe to Work programme and the Learning Centre.

E. Gervase Warner

E. Gervase Warner, Chairman of the CARICOM Private Sector Organization (CPSO), is an Executive Director of Massy Holdings and the President and Group CEO of the Massy Group. Before joining Massy, Mr Warner was a Partner at the international management consulting firm, McKinsey & Company, where he spent eleven years serving clients in the US, Latin America and Caribbean across a wide range of industries. He currently serves on the Trinidad and Tobago Board of Citibank Merchant Bank Limited, the Arthur Lok Jack Global School of Business and United Way Trinidad and Tobago. Mr Warner holds an MBA from the Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration; and also holds BSE degrees in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Hall is the Executive Vice Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Pan Jamaica Group Limited. He has held these posts since April 01, 2023, after the amalgamation of PanJam Investments and certain businesses of the Jamaica Producers Group Limited (JP) to form the Pan Jamaica Group. He is also the Group Managing Director of JP and has been a member of its board since 2004 after joining JP in 2002. Mr. Hall is Chairman of Kingston Wharves Limited, Blue Power Group Limited, and Lumber Depot Limited. He is also a director to Sagicor Group Jamaica Limited, Sagicor Life Jamaica Limited, Sagicor Bank Jamaica Limited and Sagicor Investments Jamaica Limited and Eppley Caribbean Property Fund Limited. He has served as Chairman of the Boards of Scotia Group Jamaica Limited, the Bank of Nova Scotia Jamaica Limited, Scotia Investment Limited and as a director on the Boards of the Jamaica Stock Exchange and the Bank of Jamaica. Mr. Hall received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Washington University, his Master of Arts degree in Public Policy from Harvard University and his Juris Doctorate from Harvard Law School. Kira Thompson-Aird

Kira Thompson-Aird works in a multi-faceted private sector environment with a focus on logistics, other financial services, retail, wholesale and distribution, as well as business development. Currently Thompson-Aird oversees Operations at Renwick, Thompson & Co. Ltd., Grenada. Thompson-Aird was previously employed with H.H.V. Whitchurch & Co. Ltd., a diverse Dominican Company, managing two Portfolios - Western Union Network and DHL; she was also contracted through Millennium Ventures Incorporated as the Manager of Millennium Freight Services, a premiere logistics solutions company. Thompson-Aird served on the Dominica Association of Industry & Commerce (DAIC) Board as a Director from 2013, holding the positions of Vice-President and eventually in June 2016 - July 2018, President of the DAIC; and as the CARICOM Private Sector Representative and subsequently Acting Chair (Retired) of the CARICOM DEVELOPMENT FUND (CDF), 2018 - 2020. Currently Thompson-Aird sits on the Executive Committee of the CARICOM Private Sector Organisation (CPSO), maintaining a focus on public/private dialogue and partnership to enable regional policy reform and long-term economic growth. Thompson-Aird's experience, training and comprehensive grasp of Compliance fostered her Cabinet appointment in May 2016 to the National Risk Assessment Other Financial Institutions (OFI) Working Group, tasked with developing a National Risk Strategy for Dominica. Thompson-Aird's knowledge and contributions to socio-economic development opportunities have been actively sought - called to the Caribbean Growth Forum (CGF) Logistics and Connectivity Working Group, April 2013, tasked with formulating policy reform incorporated into Dominica's National Strategy. Her work with the CGF led to her participation in the World Bank's CGF High Level Technical Training on Policy Delivery, Participatory Governance and Accountability, June 2014, St. Kitts; Caribbean Exports' Public-Private Sector Dialogue: "A Roadmap for Re-Engagement" Validation Meeting Forum, March 2015. In January 2020, Thompson-Aird was invited as a panelist for the Climate Resilience Execution Agency of Dominica's (CREAD) National Stakeholder Consultation for the finalization of the Dominica Climate Resilience and Recovery Plan 2020-2030.

Mr. Anthony Ali

Mr. Anthony Ali spent most of his working life in Canada where he worked in the areas of Operations, Sales, Marketing, Customer Allegiance and Strategic Planning for a number of Fortune 500 companies in Canada and the United States in a variety of industries including manufacturing, distribution and technology. Before joining Goddard Enterprises Ltd in 2013 as Managing Director, he worked with SM Jaleel (SMJ) in Trinidad - the largest soft drink manufacturer in the English speaking Caribbean - where he served as General Manager from 2010 - 2013. At SMJ he was responsible for the operations and growing the business as well as the company's market share over the three years in all categories of their business. Upon graduating from the University of Toronto in 1988 with a B.Sc. Honours Degree in Chemistry, Mr. Ali worked as a Research Chemist at National Silicates - a manufacturer of sodium silicates and silicates derivatives - and subsequently as their Business Development Manager. He also completed a Post Graduate Degree in Executive Marketing from the University of Western Ontario in 1992 and has completed several leadership and management programmes. Mr. Ali has served on several Boards in the Energy field, is the co-author of several publications and has four patents pending. He has an interest in all types of sporting activities.

Mr. Gordon Charles

A born citizen of St. Lucia, Gordon's early education through to the tertiary level was all earned at local institutions. A graduate of the University of Western Ontario in Canada with a BA in 1984, and an Executive MBA from UWI in 1995, Gordon has spent the last 36 years in private sector management with the JQ Charles Group of Companies, a family owned local enterprise with experience in retail, real estate development & management and manufacturing. Gordon currently functions as Group Chief Executive Officer, a position he assumed in 2004. With the JQ Charles Group having a shareholding interest in Massy St. Lucia and Massy St. Vincent, Gordon also serves as a director on the boards of both islands Massy operations. In 2019, Gordon partnered with a regional small / micro loans provider to bring their service to St. Lucia as Term Finance St. Lucia Ltd., a company which he serves as director and is its local shareholder. He serves as the current President of the OECS Business Council, which is the umbrella organization created to represent the private sector concerns at the regional OECS level.

Mr. P.B. Scott is the Chairman, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and principal shareholder of the Musson Group. His chairmanship extends to Musson's subsidiaries and affiliates; namely Facey Group Ltd, T. Geddes Grant (Distributors) Ltd., General Accident Insurance Company Ltd., Seprod Ltd. and PBS Group Ltd. In addition to his responsibilities at Musson, he serves on several boards and commissions which include being Chairman of the Development Bank of Jamaica (DBJ). He is also trustee of the American International School of Kingston (AISK). He is a former President of the Private Sector Organization of Jamaica. Mr. Suresh Beharry

Mr. Suresh Beharry has over 26 years' experience as a senior executive in the business community. Previously Mr. Beharry has held positions with the Beharry Group ranging from Director of Finance, Internal Audit and Vice Chairman. Currently he holds the position of Chairman of the Beharry Group of Companies. The Beharry Group has been in existence for over 86 years and is now run by the third generation of the family. The operations of the Beharry Group extends throughout the Caribbean region as well as North America. This diversified conglomerate covers Commercial and Investment Banking, Insurance, Stock Brokerage, Finance, Manufacturing, Marketing and Distribution, Automotive, Real Estate and Food Service. The Group employs in excess of 2,500 persons. Mr. Beharry attended boarding school in Canada at Upper Canada College before moving onto York University and then returning to Guyana in support of the family business. Mr. Beharry also sits on the Board of several private and public companies within the Caribbean and North America where he has brought a wealth of knowledge and valued business acumen to the table. He is also involved in several philanthropic initiatives.

Roger Cave

Roger Cave, CFA is currently Non-Executive Chairman of Fortress Fund Managers Limited and was elected Chairman of the Board of Directors in June 2023. Mr. Cave is the Chief Executive Officer of Cave Shepherd & Co. Limited. He also serves as a Director on the Boards of SigniaGlobe Financial Group and DGM Financial Group. Mr. Cave Founded Fortress Fund Managers in 1996 and served as the company's investment Director until May 2023, achieving some of the best long-term track records in the region. Prior to founding Fortress, he worked with PriceWaterHouse and the Commonwealth Development Corporation in Barbados as wellas Coopers & Lybrand in Toronto. Warsha Sharon Sardjoe

At a very young age, she learned the trades and all its facets. She started with selling poultry as a part time job within her small family based, company, that would later grow into a fast multinational organization with a 1000 plus employees. Warsha has multiple degrees in Business and Finance. She has experience in mediating, strategic (long and short term) planning, change management and financial reform. She is an active member of numerous organizations promoting education, change and empowerment to our youth and young professionals. In 2020, Warsha was assigned as the new Honorary Consul of Finland to Suriname. Her mission's focus is to promote a solid basis for education in Suriname, sustainable forestry and trade between both countries.
