Carlos has 15+ years of successful career delivering multimillion-dollar commercial and residential projects working for the leading Construction Management companies in New York City. Since 2017 he has leveraged his business operations experience, conservative approach and analytical skills to clearly assess risk, invest wisely and manage assets to maximize returns. His engineering and construction background bring another level of professionalism to the table when inspecting prospective properties. Carlos is responsible for leading the company's mission of acquiring well-positioned multifamily assets in need of turnaround while maintaining a risk aware approach in today's market.

Geoff is an accomplished construction professional with over 26 years of experience in driving enterprise-wide project management and process improvement initiatives in teams, while offering an excellent blend of technical aptitude and creative ability in the Construction market along with a decade of combined real estate and private investment experience.
Geoff received his Bachelors of Architecture from NYIT and holds a Masters degree in Architecture for Syracuse university Inspires design teams with engaging management techniques and innovative thinking. Geoff demonstrates strong leadership skills along with being a Detail-oriented professional effective in working in high pressure environments with all types of personalities NYC experience in both Union and Open Shop projects in the Residential,Multi-Family, Hotel, Mixed Use, Educational, and Exhibitory market sectors. His positions and responsibilities with Fortune 500 companies has given him the skills to manage a project to success.
