Mr. Clendenin's career with Boeing spanned thirty-four years. He served as a portfolio executive for a five hundred person engineering organization that generated $200 million to $250 million in annual revenue and maintained contract backlog of more than $1 billion.
His portfolio included equipment that performed field operations, repair and maintenance services, and the development, production and manufacturing test verification and validation for aircraft, weapons and ground vehicles.
Randy's focus is bringing to clients innovative strategies for procurement, proposals, and superior technical capabilities.
With 36 years of experience at Lockheed Martin and Chrysler Corporation. He has held critical roles in program management and engineering, and led several key Navy, Air Force, and international programs impacting the testing and sustainment of military aircraft, around the world.
Prior to joining SES, Randy served as the market segment director for Lockheed Martin's Training and Logistics Solutions (TLS) line of business. In this role he led the contract execution and strategic growth of Lockheed Martin's Enterprise Test Solutions and Sustainment business in Orlando, Florida and Fort Worth, Texas. The business had annualized sales of $250 million and double digit return on sales. Core was responsible for the pursuit and capture of more than $4 billion of test and logistics business during his tenure as director.
He also served as program director of the US Navy's $300 million CASS Test Program Set (TPS) Offload Program at Lockheed Martin. Randy was responsible for all aspects of the Navy's largest ever test program development effort for support of Navy aircraft aboard all US aircraft carriers, L-Class ships, and shore-based sites. His responsibilities spanned multiple development and production programs as well as the deployment of the capability worldwide.
With twenty-five years of industry experience, Tad Papineau is a four-time winner of the Boeing Performance Excellence Award and a highly regarded leader in aerospace and defense business administration.
With a degree in electrical engineering from Seattle University, Papineau enjoys skiing, motorcycle riding, and travel.
