Hao Han is a practising lawyer and a member of the Malaysian Bar since 2014. Before becoming a Partner in Ming & Partners, Hao Han was a Senior Associate in Chooi & Company + Cheang & Ariff (CCA), a Tier 1 Legal 500 law firm in Malaysia. Hao Han joined Ming & Partners on 1 May 2021 as a Partner.
Hao Han's areas of expertise includes mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, initial public offering, venture capital investments and a variety of capital markets transactions. Over the years, he has advised on many notable corporate transactions.
Other than corporate matters and capital markets matters, Hao Han also regularly provides advisory services on various commercial agreements, corporate laws, stamp duties reliefs, contract laws, as well as other general advisory works.

Prior to becoming a Partner in Ming & Partners, Lim Kuan was a Senior Associate in Chooi & Company + Cheang & Ariff (‘CCA'), a Tier 1 Legal 500 law firm in Malaysia.
Lim Kuan accepts instructions on corporate litigation, intellectual property (‘IP') and technology disputes, commercial disputes as well as general litigation. Besides dealing with dispute resolutions, he is also experienced in handling IP registrations for trademarks, copyrights, and patents.
Lim Kuan also advises his clients on various IP and technology agreements involving cryptocurrency and NFTs, commercial agreements involving franchises, licensing, investments and employment matters.
He had been invited as a speaker to speak on subject matters of his practice areas.

Pang Saw Pin is a practising lawyer and a member of the Malaysian Bar since 2012.
Prior to becoming a Partner in Ming & Partners, Pang Saw Pin was a Legal Assistant in Messrs Lim & Yeoh where he was exposed to a wide array of real estate development projects, retail conveyancing work (subsale), loan financing (retail and corporate/commercial banking) and corporate advisory and transactions.
Other than real estate and loan financing matters, Pang Saw Pin also regularly provides advisory services on various general corporate and commercial transactions.
