Job Titles:
- Global Sales Operations Manager
Adele has spent her career in Customer Service/Sales Operations and joined Grosvenor Technology in Octob er 2012. As the company has grown, Adele has taken the lead and grown a team to provide customers with top quality service.
Alison joined Grosvenor in June 2021. Her 20 years of experience in finance has given the business firm footing to enable future growth. Alison's strong commercial and accounting skills were put to use when she devised and improved processes to support departments within the company.
Ben Lagden - Chief Commercial Officer
Ben has been with Grosvenor Technology since 1999. After closely working with HCM partners for many years, Ben has extensive knowledge of the Human Capital Management market and the environments it serves. Over this extensive time at Grosvenor, he has worked in many other roles within the business, including running development teams, professional services consultancy, and management. Most recently, he is focused on product direction and strategy whilst leading the commercial team towards the company's future goals.
Ben's career to date has given him a unique blend of technical and commercial expertise. Before joining Grosvenor Technology, his background was in engineering for the Ministry of Defence, Atomic Energy, and later with Telxon, a data capture manufacturer for the retail industry.

Starting with Grosvenor Technology in July 2021, Brian has significantly improved the collaboration between the US and UK operations. He believes the synergy between the two operations is paramount to being a truly global company and maximising global opportunities.
Cameron joined Grosvenor Technology in November 2020, supporting the Head of Professional Serv ic es. He has ownership of the customer engagement life cycle, including pre-sales support, consultancy, proposals, project management and management of development resources.
Chris joined Grosvenor Technology in June 2021, bringing over 12 years of experience as a Product Manager within the Access Control sector. Chris is driven by Grosvenor Technology's team spirit and ability to adapt to change, as this is key as technology advances at considerable speed.
Colin has over 25 years' experience within the Security and Identity industry. He began his career as a developer and has been promoted numerous times before becoming a Director. In November 2017, he joined Grosvenor Technology as a Technical Director before assuming the role of Chief Technology Officer. In November 2022, Colin was deservedly promoted to Managing Director.
Some of Colin's greatest achievements include the introduction of a deep lean approach to operating the business and building a culture with a real focus on quality and compliance, such as introducing ISO27001. On the product side then undoubtedly driving the development of key new products such as GT4, GT8 and GT Connect, which are all at the core of our growth strategy.
Daniel joined Grosvenor Technology in June 2021, following a role as HR Manager for an international retail brand. In April 2022, Daniel was promoted to HR Business Partner. He is full of enthusiasm for both people and progress and is excited to see what new technologies will be emerging within the industry.
David joined Grosvenor Technology in June 2018 with over 25 years of experience in the HCM market. David has successfully managed the product launches for Janus C4 and GT 8, contributing significant growth opportunities for both Access Control and HCM.
Ian has an incredible 39 years' experience in the electronics industry and has been with Grosvenor Technology since January 1995. Ian excels at ensuring Grosvenor Technology's operations run efficiently and smoothly.

- Development / Account Manager
Jenna is an experienced Development/Account Manager and brought her valued experience to Grosvenor Technology in September 2021. She is a highly eff ective communicator and works closely with the International Sales team, supporting growth in her sectors.
Keith joined Grosvenor Technology in July 2019 and has over 35 years of sales and technical experience within the security sector. Specialising in card and reader technology, biometrics critical infrastructure surveillance - to name a few!
Matthew joined Grosvenor Technology in July 2015 as a National Sales Manager (USA) and was promoted to Vice Presi dent of Sales North America in May 2017, where he oversees all the business and operations in the US.

Mike has over 13 years' experience in the Security industry, leading teams of sales representatives. He joined Grosvenor Technology in September 2019 as the Sales Manager for North America.

Paul joined Grosvenor Technology in December 2020 as Quality Manager, bringing with him 26 years of experience in Aerospace, Electronics and design. Following a hugely successful year in post, Paul was promoted to Head of Quality & Compliance in February 2022.
Phil is our longest serving member of staff. He started with Custom Micro in 1987 in Production/Operations. Phil's wealth of knowledge and experience meant he became Helpdesk Manager for our AC & HCM Helpdesks, where his vast knowledge and experience are highly regarded.
Sharon has been with Grosvenor Technology since November 2018. To date, Sharon has been responsible for Grosvenor Technology achieving ISO27001 accreditation and has a clear vision for our Cyber and overall IT security.

Stephen's career at Grosvenor Technology started in June 2014 as a Software Development Team Lead. His strategic and precise approach saw his skill recognised as he received multiple promotions. In July 2020, Stephen became Head of Software Development, where he now oversees our talented team across the globe.
