There is no automated mass production. Each ring is individually handcrafted with the utmost attention to detail through every step of the ring crafting process... Each custom crafted ring is unique; no two are exactly alike. Wood selection and preferences are a personal choice and every effort is made to accommodate it... A variety of woods are used. The most popular being burls of Maple, Buckeye, Redwood, and Box Elder, and Spalted Maple and Spalted Tamarind. Less common varieties include Koa, Zebrawood, Bocote, Desert Ironwood, Cocobolo, Wenge and Olive Wood. Maple, Buckeye and Box Elder burls are typically well suited to color infusion
