I have had an extensive career in higher education. I have held many roles, including Associate Professor of Education, Department Chair, and Dean. I've worked at a community college, a four-year college, and in graduate education. My career began as an early childhood teacher, education consultant, and adjunct professor. I have published articles on topics ranging from competency-based education to online learning. I have presented at numerous local, state, and national conferences. My research focus has been in the areas of Distance Learning and Faculty Professional Development. My latest area of focus is on Community and Corporate Education.
