Andrew H. Galligan has served on our Board of Directors since December 2014. Mr. Galligan was the Chief Financial Officer for ten years at Nevro Corp., a publicly traded medical device company. Previously, he served as Ooma's Chief Financial Officer from February 2009 to May 2010 and later as a consultant for Ooma for four years. Mr. Galligan also served as the Chief Financial Officer of Reliant Technologies, Inc., a medical device company (later acquired by Solta Medical, Inc.). Additionally, he has held top financial executive roles at other medical device companies. Mr. Galligan began his career in various financial positions at KPMG and Raychem Corp. Mr. Galligan received a B.B.S. in Business and Finance from Trinity College, Dublin University (Ireland). He is also a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland.
Our Board believes that Mr. Galligan's financial expertise, including his years of experience as chief financial officer and financial consultant of publicly traded and privately held companies, brings deep financial and accounting knowledge to our board and qualifies him to serve as the chairperson of our Audit Committee and as one of our directors.

Cameron Gibson is Vice President of Human Resources, responsible for Ooma's employee experience and people operations. Prior to Ooma, Cameron led the global HR Business Partners and HR Programs departments at Intercom. Earlier in her career, she held leadership and program management positions in both boutique and multinational companies across multiple industries including software, biotechnology and professional services. Cameron holds a bachelor's degree in global economic studies from the University of California, Santa Barbara.

Chris Burgy is responsible for mergers and acquisitions, strategic partnerships and driving Ooma's strategy for enterprise unified communications as a service (UCaaS). He brings diverse experience ranging from information technology, sales, channel business models, corporate development and strategy. Prior to joining Ooma, Chris was Vice President of Corporate Strategy at ShoreTel and was a leading contributor to the successful transformation of ShoreTel into a cloud company.
He holds Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Science degrees from California State University, Bakersfield.
Dayton Turner leads Ooma Labs, which is responsible for developing new technologies and capabilities to extend Ooma's offerings to customers. Previously, he was the founder of Voxter, a company providing end-to-end solutions for business communications primarily as white-label hosted PBX, which was acquired by Ooma in early 2018.
Dayton has over 20 years of experience as an entrepreneur and technologist. He was co-founder of Prolexic Technologies, a security company focused on mitigating Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks, before it was acquired by Akamai in 2014. He has worked with a diverse range of companies, often as an early stage employee, ranging from wireless ISPs, managed services providers, data center operators, and gaming software companies.

Dennis is the vice president of product management and technical advisory board member of Ooma and is responsible for creating an intuitive, compelling user experience.
Prior to joining Ooma, Dennis worked at Cisco Systems for 11 years where he began his career as a customer support engineer. He later joined the Escalation Team where he focused on fixing the most technically challenging problems, as well as supporting the design, rollout and operations of the largest remote access and broadband aggregation networks worldwide. He was honored with the title of Distinguished Support Engineer because of his expertise in networking protocols, isolating and fixing highly complex issues, and leadership among his peers.

Eric B. Stang has served as our President, Chief Executive Officer, and Board of Directors member since January 2009. He has been Chairman of our board of directors since December 2014. Mr. Stang is also a member of the Board of Directors of Rambus Inc., a publicly traded company providing industry-leading chips, silicon IP, and technology licensing, where he serves as the Chair of its Compensation and Human Resources Committee and a member of its Corporate Governance/Nominating Committee. Mr. Stang was previously a Director of InvenSense, Inc., a publicly traded MEMS semiconductor company, and Solta Medical, Inc., a publicly traded medical aesthetics company. From 2006 to 2008, Mr. Stang was President and Chief Executive Officer and a member of the board of directors of Reliant Technologies, a privately held developer of medical technologies for aesthetic applications. Previously, he was Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Lexar Media, Inc., a publicly traded solid-state memory products company, now a subsidiary of Micron Technology. He occasionally serves on the boards of private companies. Mr. Stang holds an A.B. in Economics from Stanford University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
Our Board believes that Mr. Stang is qualified to serve as a director because of his operational and historical expertise gained from serving as our President and Chief Executive Officer, extensive public and private company board experience, and experience as an executive in the technology industry. Jenny C. Yeh has been our Senior Vice President and General Counsel since December 2018 and an Ooma Board of Directors member since January 2021. She oversees all the Company's legal and regulatory affairs. With over 25 years of experience in general corporate law, transactions, and litigation, Ms. Yeh's career includes Senior Vice President & General Counsel at Sphere 3D Corp. and a senior legal advisory team member at General Electric, where Ms. Yeh led multi-billion dollar transactions across various business units. Prior to GE, she was a partner at Baker & McKenzie, specializing in complex cross-border M&A transactions and general corporate matters. Earlier in her career, Ms. Yeh worked at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, representing technology and emerging growth companies on securities laws, corporate governance, venture financings, securities offerings, public reporting, M&A, and IPOs. Ms. Yeh holds a B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley, and a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center.
Our Board believes Ms. Yeh is highly qualified to serve as a director due to her deep understanding of the Company's operations and extensive expertise in navigating complex legal issues. Additionally, her strategic and business acumen brings valuable multi-dimensional thinking to the board.
Jim Gustke is a marketing and Internet veteran with a wealth of experience at the intersection of consumer and technology marketing. As Vice President of Marketing for Intuit, he helped lead the reinvention of Quicken and launch the first SaaS version of the popular personal finance software. Prior to Intuit, Mr. Gustke was responsible for business unit management, global branding and product marketing at Lexar Media, helping grow the flash memory company to over $850 million before its acquisition by Micron Technology. He also served as the founding Vice President of Marketing for Ofoto, an online photography service, acquired by Eastman Kodak in 2001. A pioneer in Internet marketing, he joined America Online in 1996 as the marketing leader for GNN, the company's first Internet Service Provider, and in 1995 as a marketing manager at Polaroid Corporation he led the team that launched the company's first corporate web site.

Ms. Hand has served on our Board of Directors since June 2020. She is also on the board of SOVRN, an advertising, publisher, and commerce software company, and previously served on the board of Manitoba Telecom Services / Allstream. Ms. Hand is the Executive Vice President and Chief Revenue Officer for TTEC Holdings, a global customer experience technology and services company serving many of the world's most well-known brands, with 62,000 employees on six continents. Ms. Hand is responsible for delivering over $500M in annual sales in this role. With more than 35 years of sales, marketing, and general management experience, Ms. Hand has held senior positions at telecom industry leaders, including AT&T, where she was responsible for a $7B division serving Enterprise customers, and at US West Qwest, where she ran the Consumer and Small Business division. She holds an M.S. in management from Stanford University and a B.A. in communications and marketing from the University of Nebraska.
Our Board believes that Ms. Hand's deep experience in the communications industry and her years of leadership experience in go-to-market roles make her uniquely qualified to advise Ooma on market and revenue growth strategies and execution.

Peter J. Goettner has served on our Board of Directors since March 2013. Mr. Goettner has been a General Partner at Worldview Technology Partners, a venture capital firm, since June 2004. He has been the Founder and Chairman of Crosschq, Inc., an IT security company, since November 2017. Mr. Goettner was previously the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of DigitalThink, Inc., a SAAS e-learning solutions company, for seven years. Mr. Goettner holds a B.S. in Computer Engineering from the University of Michigan and an M.B.A. from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley.
Our Board believes that Mr. Goettner brings extensive experience in the technology industry to our board. His service on several boards provides an important perspective on operations and corporate governance matters and qualifies him to serve as one of our directors.
Robert Ferrer is responsible for all Ooma Business sales. He has over 20 years of senior sales leadership in building, growing and scaling enterprise and SMB sales teams for SaaS and UCaaS companies including Cisco/Webex, Siemens and Shoretel. Rob has built and led multiple $200 million organizations and has extensive experience building rapid growth field and inside sales teams, channel sales organizations, opening and deploying new routes to market, integrating acquisitions, and expanding into new geographic markets.

Roy Calvo is Vice President of Customer Care at Ooma, responsible for customer support across all business and residential product lines, as well as inbound residential sales, partnership implementation and customer onboarding. Calvo has more than 25 years of leadership experience in customer service at telecommunications and technology companies. Prior to Ooma, he led worldwide customer support, training and customer satisfaction for Yahoo!. Calvo previously headed customer escalation for DirecTV and was operations manager for customer support at NorthPoint Communications.

Russ Mann has served on our Board of Directors since September 2009. He is currently a Senior Operating Partner at Diversis Capital, a private equity firm focused on B2B SaaS software companies. He also serves on several other boards, including Flume Water, an IOT device and data company, and Ignite Visibility, a digital marketing agency. Previous roles include Chairman of the Board of Demandstar, a B2B marketplace, and Board member and CEO of Onvia, a publicly traded company providing B2G commerce intelligence and database information services. Mr. Mann has also held senior leadership positions as Chief Marketing Officer and Senior Vice President at Outerwall's EcoATM kiosk network, General Manager of Gazelle.com, a leader in the purchase and sale of used cell phones and electronics, Chief Marketing Officer of Nintex USA LLC, a B2B software company, and Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Covario, Inc., an advertising technology and digital marketing agency with a specialty in telecom services and communications and computing devices marketing. Mr. Mann has a BA from Cornell University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
Our Board believes Mr. Mann is qualified to serve as an independent director based on his experience as a multi-time CEO and Chairman of public and private companies that have had numerous M&A events and financings. He also has significant experience in companies with hardware, software, and data revenue lines, including direct and channel sales and marketing expertise for both B2B software and data companies and consumer electronics companies.

Shig Hamamatsu is Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Ooma, responsible for managing the company's finances, capital structure and financial reporting. Hamamatsu previously served as Chief Financial Officer of Accuray, a publicly traded provider of medical devices. Earlier in his career, he held senior financial roles at companies including Cepheid, Cypress Semiconductor, RPX and NetLogic Microsystems. Hamamatsu is a certified public accountant in the state of California (inactive) and holds a bachelor's degree in business administration and accounting from the University of Washington.

Susan G. Butenhoff has been a member of our Board of Directors since July 2016. She also serves on the board of Hall Wines, a leading privately held winery in the U.S. Ms. Butenhoff is a strategic consultant specializing in risk mitigation and market positioning for some of Silicon Valley's largest technology companies. Previously, Ms. Butenhoff was the Founder and CEO of Access Communications, one of the largest independent technology public relations firms in the U.S., later acquired by Omnicom Group. She also held the position of Global Technology Director at Ketchum, a global PR and marketing firm. With over 30 years of experience in technology marketing, Ms. Butenhoff has collaborated with technology disrupters and leaders, including Alphabet, PayPal, Facebook, Intuit, Adobe, and Apple. She holds a B.A. from Sussex University (England) and an M.Phil. in International Relations from the University of Cambridge (England).
Our Board considers Ms. Butenhoff highly qualified to serve as an independent director due to her extensive experience helping technology companies identify and enhance their competitive market positions and build their brands and revenues. Additionally, her operational experience leading a global marketing firm and her strong consulting and communication skills make her a valuable contributor to the board.

Tim Sullivan brings extensive experience in retail sales, channel development and marketing and has held senior executive positions at Seagate, Lexar Media and TDK. As Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Seagate's Branded Group, Mr. Sullivan was responsible for consumer focused data-backup solutions in multiple channels. As ESVP Worldwide Sales for Lexar Media he was responsible for guiding the company's sales growth to over $850 million from retail, e-tail, and OEM sales channels worldwide. Mr. Sullivan also served as Vice President of Sales at Onechannel.net, an Internet start-up focused on e-commerce metrics. Prior to Onechannel.net, Mr. Sullivan was Vice President of Sales and Marketing at TDK Electronics Corp responsible for an over $400 million business which included the launch of such categories as the Recordable CD and DVD.

Toby is the vice president of engineering and operations of Ooma and oversees all of Ooma's technical development, manufacturing and engineering.
Toby has spent over 20 years creating high-tech products, from personal computers (at Apple for 10 years) and video game consoles (3DO), to satellite networking systems (founder and CEO of BroadLogic) and home broadband media centers (Moxi Digital and Digeo).
Toby holds BS and MS degrees in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University.

William D. Pearce has served on our Board of Directors since March 2013 and as Lead Non-Management Director since June 2017. He is currently Chairman of the Board for RichRelevance, Inc., a personalized shopping experience firm, and a Board Director of SpendGo, Inc., a marketing solutions company for restaurants and retailers. Mr. Pearce is also a Marketing Faculty member at the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley. Prior positions include a Partner and Marketing Practice Director at The Partnering Group, a global consumer products and retail management consulting firm, and Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer at Del Monte Foods, Inc., a food production and distribution company. Mr. Pearce also served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Foresight Medical Technology LLC, a medical devices company, and Chief Marketing Officer at Taco Bell Corp., a fast food restaurant company and subsidiary of Yum! Brands, Inc., and Vice President Marketing at Campbell Soup Company. Mr. Pearce holds a B.A. in Economics from Syracuse University and an M.B.A. from the S.C. Johnson Graduate School of Management, Cornell University.
Our board of directors believes that Mr. Pearce is qualified to serve as a director based on his prior experience as an executive at several publicly traded companies and his considerable experience as a board member of several privately held companies.
