TEAM 4:12

Welcome to TEAM 4:12. TEAM 4:12 was created to equip leaders, pastors, and the body of Christ for ministry effectiveness... It is our desire to see ministries excited and equipped to build strong teams and accomplish kingdom goals. Therefore, we help ministries experience the "Nehemiah success" by implementing a well define process, whereby clear vision is received from God and communicated by the leader (2:11); a team is recruited, trained, and developed to participate in the vision (2:17-18); a strategic plan is created, measured, and monitored (3:1-12); the ministry understands how to work through challenges, conflict, and criticism (4:1-23); until the vision becomes a reality (6:15-16).
