In 2007, Nic moved away from the private sector to join the NHS managing the community dental team in Peterborough. Nic now manages multiple dental sites including oral health promotion teams. The move to the public sector has provided Nic with a real passion for supporting our dental colleagues meet the needs of the local population. Nic recognises the need for continuous improvement and is currently undertaking an Apprenticeship in Leadership and Management.
