Carlos established Spotless Group Car Detailing in 2017 after over 20 years' experience in the car business. He prides himself on keeping up with the latest and greatest on car detailing techniques, products and training practices. Known for his charismatic approach to leadership, and his keen eye for detail, Carlos enjoys working in-person with both clients and customers offering a birds-eye view. Carlos' passion for the car industry and the technical advancements with the new age inspire him to offer services that will match the car-drivers excellent experience. Carlos is fluent in both English & Spanish and manages all of the daily operations and employee technical skills training.

Vanessa has over 13 years in the customer service industry and over seven in the car industry. Always in a seat of learning, Vanessa enjoys implementing best practices from training provided by the car industry leaders. She manages all customer and employee relations for Spotless group Car Detailing. Vanessa's successful implementation of the Service Satisfaction Inspection and robust customer service training for employees ensures continuous satisfaction with our client base and longevity within the group. Vanessa has a Bachelor's Degree from Universidad Autonoma de Occidente in Cali, Colombia and Josef Silny & Associates, Inc. in Miami, Florida. She is fluent in both English & Spanish.
