Latwan Wolfe decided to start Starborn Logistics LLC after seeing his relatives go into business for themselves. His cousin owned his own construction business, and his uncle successfully started and sustained a non-emergency transportation business for over five years. Wolfe did his own research and realized that the local market in Kingsport, Tennessee had a high demand for this type of business... Providing transportation and access to essential services, for the economically and socially disadvantaged, disabled, and disconnected.
