We aim to educate people on how to reduce risk factors of Type 2 Diabetes and Cardiovascular diseases, through training workshops within communities, groups and organisations to achieve our goals. All workshops considers group's language preference, choice of setting and familiar resources... We are happy to deliver trainings within care homes, prisons, workplaces, health centres, education settings, groups and communities that call for our services...
