Kimiko is part of the Business Advisory & Succession Planning team, which provides high net worth business owners in transition with a sophisticated, forward-thinking wealth management plan. She works with individuals and business owners in the areas of business succession, transition, sale, mergers & acquisitions, and valuations for the purposes of wealth planning and transfer. Kimiko is an experienced business advisor who brings more than 10 years of technical and business planning expertise to BMO Wealth Management. Kimiko joined BMO Wealth Management in 2018 after more than a decade as a mid-market M&A advisor at a Big 4 professional services firm. With a focus on sell-side advisory services for private Alberta-based companies, Kimiko has worked with companies in a range of industries including oil and gas services, manufacturing, distribution and construction. Kimiko has advised on complex transactions including sales to financial and strategic buyers, management buyouts, and shareholder disputes.

Richard Belley

Richard has been involved with Fixed Income and Interest Rate Derivative markets for over 21 years, including seven years in direct sales and trading. Early in his career, Richard worked as an interest rate Futures and Options institutional representative for BMO Nesbitt Burns Inc. and an international bank advising national and international clients. This was followed by a three-year period as a provincial and municipal trader for the Private Client Division of BMO Nesbitt Burns Inc. In 2001, Richard participated in the launch of the newly created Portfolio Services Group within the Private Client Division to provide a low-cost alternative for management of fixed income portfolios for high net worth individuals and institutional clients. Richard has been actively managing fixed income portfolios for more than 10 years. He is a CFA Charterholder and a registered portfolio manager. Since 2011, Richard is the Fixed Income Strategist for the Private Client Division of BMO Nesbitt Burns and is a member of the Investment Strategy Committee.

Sarah King

Sarah graduated from the University of Calgary with a Bachelor of Commerce, with a focus on Finance and Risk Management. She joined the financial industry in 2006 and been helping with high net worth families achieve their goals ever since. She assists high net worth families with complex affairs, to preserve, grow and transition their wealth to future generations. Sarah has enjoyed a very successful and impressive career to date, being a leading professional consultant in the insurance industry for major financial services firms. With over 12 years of experience in the Wealth Management industry, Sarah believe in long term, trusting relationships and works closely with advisors and their clients to provide customized solutions and strategies to meet their assets, and growing their estate. She provides each advisor, and their clients, with professional customer service and efficient timelines. Sarah is able to provide advice on Life Insurance, Critical Illness, Disability and Long Term Care. An avid cyclist and skier, Sarah brings that same discipline and commitment to a variety of community and personal causes. Stephane has over 15 years of experience in the investment industry, focusing primarily on Canadian and U.S. equities. Stephane chairs the Private Client Investment Strategy Committee, which establishes the overall asset allocations for client portfolios. He also researches and publishes reports on longer-term investment themes and their expected impact on the markets. As the head of Private Client Research, Stephane is also responsible for the overall direction and oversight of the team's publications.
