Kimberly's classes consist of flowing movement in the form of cardio/dance, total body strengthening and stretching using gentle ballet barre and pilates movement techniques, and yoga. Kimberly's goal as an instructor is to help students improve cardio conditioning, overall strength, flexibility, posture, and balance, and to promote relaxation and enhanced mental focus...
Classes are intended for adults 45+, but younger students are welcome. Classes are also suitable for those who have finished a physical therapy program and desire to move forward with an exercise program. Movement modifications are provided as needed. Kimberly has worked successfully with students recovering from nerve damage as well as other injuries.
